Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  • Potato Mixture:
  • 3 cup mashed sweet potatoes
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, cut into small pieces
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tbsp vanilla

  • Topping:
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, cut into small pieces
  • Mini marshmallows
Directions

Mix potato mixture and spread in a 9x13 or similar baking dish. Combine topping ingredients and spread on potato mixture. Bake at 350 for about 30 to 45 minutes. A few minutes before the end of the baking, add marshmallows to cover and bake until brown.
