- Prepare the topping
- Preheat oven to 400
- Combine fruit, sugar, cornstarch, orange juice, and lemon zest in a large bowl. Transfer to an ungreased 9 x 9 baking dish. Spread the topping over the fruit. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the topping is golden brown.
- Cool slightly and serve.
Topping
Place the flour, oats and sugar in a large bowl and stir to mix. Add the butter and mix with fingers or a pastry blender until moist clumps form.
