Put olive oil in heated sauce pan or pot Brown garlic slightly
Add ½ handful of parsley (will make a green roux)
Add chicken stock
Add all the beans except 1 can of butter beans
Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and red pepper flake to taste
Simmer for ½ hour
Add greens and simmer for 1 hour
Add last can of butter beans, rest of parsley and more chicken stock if necessary to adjust thickness
